1. OUR SERVICES

ByeDust Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning in Silicon Valley and the greater Bay Area, including:

• Regular and recurring cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move in and move out cleaning
• Post construction and post renovation cleaning
• Organizing and decluttering
• Commercial and office cleaning
• Interior and exterior window washing

Service availability depends on your location and our schedule.

2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Prices shown on our website and in our online booking form are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed after we review the property details and may change if the actual size, condition, or scope of work differs from what was described. We will inform you of any change before performing the work.

3. SCHEDULING, ACCESS, AND CANCELLATION

Appointments are confirmed by our team by email, phone, or text message. You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property, including gate codes, keys, parking instructions, and information about pets.

• If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, or is turned away after arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.
• To reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible using the details below.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, unless we have arranged other terms in writing. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and applicable sales tax is added where required.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To help us do our best work, please:

• Secure valuables and fragile items before our arrival
• Disclose any hazards or conditions that could affect the work or our team's safety
• Tell us about products or surfaces that require special handling

We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or items that were not disclosed to us.

6. SATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will work with you to correct the issue.

7. TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

If you opt in on our booking form, ByeDust Cleaning may send you text messages about your service request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers. Promotional messages require a separate consent box on the same form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByeDust Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the ByeDust Cleaning name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
